Accountabilities
* Own the roadmap and sprint pipeline across mobile and web.
* Lead agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, retros, and QA.
* Define and track metrics frameworks to measure progress against OKRs.
* Conduct user interviews and concept testing to gather valuable insights.
* Translate user feedback into actionable product hypotheses and solutions.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to ensure alignment on product quality.
* Uphold high standards of design and craftsmanship across all features.
Requirements
* 3–6 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer or marketplace products.
* Familiarity with tools like Linear, Notion, Amplitude, and Loom.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Experience leading cross‐functional teams and driving product execution.
* Passion for fitness, community, and building high‐quality products.
* Knowledge of AI tools and systems is a plus.
