The Opportunity
Be part of the highly regarded national Civil and Infrastructure Project Management team working in Collaboration with our Masterplanned Communities business.
In this role, you will provide specialist Project Management expertise throughout the project life cycle and be part of a team delivering unique and challenging projects.
You will use your strong communication skills to navigate a broad stakeholder group to achieve business outcomes.
With a solid pipeline of masterplanned communities, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to large scale masterplanned communities projects incorporating residential, recreational, and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide civil project management expertise from project inception to completion
- Ensure projects are scoped, designed, built and delivered safely, to required quality, on time and budget
- Prepare and execute delivery strategies and employ specialist project management tools to deliver multi-staged projects
- Drive operational improvement through the sharing of best practice across the business
- Proactive communication and reporting on delivery milestones
- Facilitate, manage and drive efficiency through project cost plans in partnership with Development Managers, authorities, consultant and contractors to realise cost savings
- Leading the procurement and delivery of civil construction and landscape construction in accordance with the project program.
- Assisting the development team with technical support and delivery inputs
About you
You are a results-driven Project Management professional with a strong background in construction and project delivery.
Whether coming from a client-side, contractor, consultancy, or superintendent background, you bring deep experience in managing large complex projects from inception to completion.
With a sharp focus on process and performance, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are known for your ability to prioritise, take initiative, and deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
You’re confident navigating procurement and contract administration, particularly with Australian Standard construction contracts.
Your communication style is clear and collaborative, enabling you to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive alignment across complex projects.
You’re tech-savvy, adaptable, and ready to jump into new challenges with a proactive mindset.
Ideally, you hold a tertiary qualification in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or Construction Management, and bring at least 5 years of relevant experience to the role.
