As a Portfolio Leader, you will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of multiple properties. Your duties will include liaising with tenants and landlords, conducting regular site inspections and utilizing modern property management software.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaising with tenants and landlords to ensure prompt communication and issue resolution
* Conducting regular site inspections to maintain property condition and identify potential issues
* Managing maintenance, arrears, lease renewals and rent reviews to optimize portfolio performance
* Utilizing cloud-based property management software to streamline operations and enhance data analysis
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled individual with:
* Minimum 6-12 months experience in property management or a related field
* Strong attention to detail and time management to meet deadlines
* A professional phone manner and valid driver's license
