Lead Dentist – NDC Lismore (Far North Coast, NSW)
4 Days Per Week | High Utilisation | Leadership Role
With our current Lead Dentist retiring, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Dentist to continue to grow our long-standing and successful practice at NDC Lismore. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-established, high-performing clinic with 95%+ utilisation, a loyal patient base, and strong clinical support – all within a collaborative, family-friendly team.

National Dental Care Lismore is a trusted practice with over 50 years of service to the Lismore community. Operating near full capacity year-round, our 7-chair clinic is equipped with advanced dental technology, including an iTero scanner, OPG, and CEREC, ensuring exceptional patient care in a modern environment.
The Opportunity
As Lead Dentist, you’ll draw on your clinical excellence and leadership experience to:
- Deliver high-quality care across a broad scope of dentistry
- Mentor and support a team of clinicians and dental assistants
- Collaborate with practice managers to uphold operational and clinical excellence
- Maintain a strong commitment to patient-centered care

About You
You have:
- 5+ years’ clinical experience as a Dentist in Australia
- Proven ability to lead, support and mentor a team
- Strong skills in general dentistry, with interests in endodontics, implants, cosmetics, CEREC or Invisalign (preferred)
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration and relevant qualifications
- Current professional indemnity insurance
