The Opportunity
An amazing opportunity is now available for a dynamic leader to be based in Osborne Park, WA (office relocating to Forrest Field early 2026) with the responsibility to lead and manage a team of service technicians to ensure that the service needs in the region are met through the efficient and effective use of resources.
This position will also take on the responsibility of providing technical support via phone and face to face with service technicians.
Some of the responsibilities include:
* Lead, coach and encourage staff to achieve performance objectives.
* Provide technical support to technicians on the road and / or in the workshop.
* Guidance and check on Service Technician's job sheets for accuracy and correct costing.
* Handling customer complaints problems pertaining to service and repair work whilst also maintaining / building customer relationships.
* Identify process improvements or design technical guides on problem issues to support the dealers or service technicians on site.
* Ensuring the team adheres to company policies, procedures and OH&S requirements.
