* With office locations all over Australia and a large customer base, our client is excited to welcome a number of Customer Service professionals to assist with their ongoing growth.
About the role:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in representing the company by providing outstanding customer service to Broadband customers, effectively resolving their queries and concerns over the phone.
Duties include:
* Troubleshooting and technical support
* Escalation of complex issues to the appropriate teams
* Recording clear, concise notes for each customer interaction
* Developing strong working relationships with key business stakeholders
About You:
Do you have a passion for all things tech and enjoy interacting with a wide range of different people? If this sounds like you, and you meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from you:
* Previous experience in a high volume, fast paced customer service environment
* Call centre experience advantageous
* Excellent confidence and negotiation skills dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds
* Well developed communication skills with the ability to display sensitivity, and discretion
* Computer literacy/technology skills
* Availability to work a rotating, 7-day roster between the hours of 8am - 7pm
