About The Role: This is a frontline, growth-focused role where you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing opportunities across our portfolio of mining technology solutions, consulting with all areas of the mining operation. You'll work with major mining customers, engaging stakeholders from site operations through to executive level, helping them modernise and digitise their operations. This role suits a proactive "hunter" who enjoys building pipeline, navigating complex sales cycles, and winning strategic deals.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Driving new business growth across mining customers in WA
* Building and maintaining a strong, qualified sales pipeline
* Identifying opportunities across both new and existing accounts
* Leading end-to-end opportunities—from prospecting through to contract close
* Developing trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders
* Achieving and exceeding revenue and margin targets
* Contributing to tenders, proposals, and customer presentations
* Representing MST at industry events and strengthening market presence
* Maintaining accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility
What You Bring
* Proven experience in B2B solution or strategic sales (ideally 3+ years)
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Experience selling software, technology or complex solutions (mining experience highly regarded)
* Ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders
* A proactive, self-driven approach to building and converting pipeline
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Confidence working cross-functionally with technical and product teams
