A Snapshot of Your Day-To-Day Managing a busy, high-volume diary across multiple time zones Monitoring inboxes and anticipating priorities before they arise Coordinating national and international travel arrangements Sending timely meeting reminders to keep the day running smoothly Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders Preparing legal documents, briefs and court materials Opening matters, managing files and assisting with billing processes Supporting occasional events and business development activities Who Are You? You’ll bring strong experience as a Legal Assistant or EA, ideally within a Litigation or Arbitration environment. You’ll be highly organised, proactive, and confident managing competing demands with calm efficiency, with a proven track record of doing so successfully. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a professional approach are key. Advanced expertise using Aderant Expert Billing, or similar, is essential. What’s in it for you?
