The Role
This is a
full-time, remote contractor role
for a
Mortgage Broker / Loan Writer / Credit Representative
.
You will work closely with clients to assess their financial position, structure lending solutions, and manage applications across a range of finance needs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting clients with mortgage applications, refinancing, and debt consolidation
* Analysing client financial profiles and structuring tailored solutions
* Managing end-to-end loan processing and lender communication
* Proactive client communication and relationship management
* Supporting mortgage marketing and referral partnerships
This is a
commission-only role
, with
OTE of $150k–$200k+ per annum
.
Competitive commission splits and referral splits are available; earn what you are worth.
Qualifications (Mandatory)
* Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (FNS Must Have)
Desirable
* Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management (
FNS50322
)
(but not essential):
Skills & Experience
* Mortgage broking or loan writing experience preferred but
not essential
* Experience in debt consolidation or mortgage restructuring is advantageous
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
* Knowledge of financial compliance and regulations (or willingness to learn)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
You do not need prior broking experience
, a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, ability to talk to people you don't know, the ability to answer phone calls, and loyalty are essential.
Training, mentoring, and lead support are available. Support for further qualifications may be offered after 12 months (conditions apply).
Location & Eligibility
* Must be an Australian resident
* This is a
remote-based role, although we do have a Gold Coast Office and more offices available planned in Brisbane, NSW, and Victoria
* We are specifically seeking brokers located in
Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Sydney, and Melbourne
to support client demand and regional relationships
* Business is based in
Queensland
, with travel to
NSW and VIC every 4–6 months
