Electrical Maintenance Leadership Role
About the Role:
This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance operations, ensuring effective planning and execution of tasks, and providing strategic direction to the electrical team.
* Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to the electrical team to ensure seamless operation of electrical systems.
* Oversee and direct electrical maintenance activities, including short- and long-term planning and scheduling.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support shutdown planning, execution, and post-review activities.
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance electrical maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Ensure accurate work order completion, labor capture, and reporting in the CMMS system.
