About the Role: We are seeking compassionate and skilled Assistant in Nurses (AIN) to join our team. This role involves:
* Assisting clients with daily living activities and personal care
* Supporting clients in achieving their personal goals and independence
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Collaborating with healthcare professionals and families
* Ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all clients

Skills & Experience:
* Must have a car and a Valid Driving License
* Police Check
* NDIS Check
* Working with Children Check
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or Ageing Support.
* First Aid and CPR certification.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A commitment to empathy and client-centred care.
* Competent in documentation including case notes and incident reporting
