Job Title: Lead O&M Supervisor
A leading renewable energy company is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the operation and maintenance of a solar farm and Battery Energy Storage System project in Chinchilla, Queensland.
The role involves supervising construction and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with safety and project standards, and managing subcontractors. This includes:
* Overseeing the installation and integration of solar panels and battery storage systems;
* Collaborating with engineering teams to develop and implement project plans;
* Ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards;
* Coordinating and managing subcontractors and vendors;
* Managing budgets and resources to achieve project milestones.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in utility-scale projects, hold a relevant engineering qualification, and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
This is a contract position for 6 months with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the solar farm and Battery Energy Storage System.
