As the HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the HR Manager and be responsible for a range of HR activities, including employee relations, policy advisement, government reporting, workers' compensation claims administration, and other human capital activities. You will be the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries from our employees and play a key role in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience as an HR Business Partner or similar, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (desired). You should have a broad knowledge of employment law, IR, HR policies, and end-to-end HR processes, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be a self-starter with a hands-on mentality and a service-oriented approach to problem-solving.
In addition to your HR expertise, you should be highly analytical and possess advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
