Cafe Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cafe/restaurant manager to lead our daily operations.
* Ensure smooth store operation.
* Discuss and plan menus with the chef/cook.
* Implement and improve working systems.
* Provide outstanding customer service, resolve customer complaints.
* Recruit and train team members.
* Prepare weekly work schedules for staff and find suitable replacements in cases of staff absence.
* Monitor deliveries, inventory, and orders.
* Maintain high standards of health and safety.
* Present and serve food according to company standards.
* Attend mandatory courses and meetings as required.
* Communicate daily and generate weekly reports to management.
Requirements:
* Lead by example.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Good understanding of healthy food preparation.
* At least three years of experience in hospitality and minimum two years in a similar role.
