We are working with an amazing client, based smack back in the middle of Brisbane and Gold Coast Work across the finance team and assist the CFO, and also maintain payroll tasks Have a serious EYE for attention to detail? Is a gun at inbox and diary management? Keep on reading
Some duties in this role include:
- Scheduling and managing the CFO's calendar;
- Provide support in arranging Governance meetings;
- Prepare minutes of the Governance meetings;
- Assist in preparation of papers for Board and Committee meetings;
- General archiving at the end of each year and;
- General administrative support as required.

**What will see me succeed in this role?**
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience within a similar role
- Great time management skills with a proven history of meeting tight deadlines

- Excellent attention to detail performing with a high level of accuracy
- Exceptional communication skills dedicated to delivering a high standard of client service
