The primary role as Office Administrator is to be part of the day-to-day operations of the office. You will be expected to provide administration services for staff and customers in a professional and effective manner in accordance with management’s standards and company policies. This position is part time 12pm - 5pm Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls and emails and action accordingly
- Delivery Inquiries
- Maintaining and updating Drivers calendars and customer orders
- Coordinating Delivery Driver Daily Calendars
- Input customer orders into RMA Route Software
- Invoicing of goods to customers
- Serving of Customers in Store
- New Customer Onboarding
- Set up current customers in RMA Route software
- Set up Credit Card payment schedules and processing
- Pick and pack postal orders
- Existing Customers
- Maintenance of records
- Updating credit card details and email addresses
- Updating Purchase Orders
- Daily processing and updating of sales notes from drivers runs
- Equipment Inventory processing
- Uploading of new equipment
- Completion of equipment movement in RMA route software
- EOM Processing and reporting
- Filing of paperwork
- Any other tasks and projects as directed by management
- Observe and practice OH&S; and Quality policy, guidelines and procedures.
