Senior AI Engineer – Lead the AI Revolution
intelia, Australia's leading Google Cloud (GCP) Data and AI consultancy, is looking for gun AI Engineers to join our elite medium size team. Your Role: You will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing production-grade AI solutions. While we are deep specialists in the Google ecosystem, we are also keen to invest in and upskill high-performing AWS or Azure AI engineers who are ready to master the GCP stack.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect & Build: Design and deploy enterprise AI solutions using the full Vertex AI suite and Gemini Enterprise.
Model Engineering: Develop and maintain sophisticated machine learning pipelines, leveraging RAG architectures and fine-tuning LLMs.
Strategic Consulting: Champion and implement modern AI principles, ensuring our clients achieve real-world business value.
Innovation: Stay at the bleeding edge of emerging Google Cloud tools to keep intelia and our customers ahead of the curve.
We're Looking For:
3+ years of professional experience in AI/Machine Learning or Cloud Engineering. And experience with AI tooling (e.g. antigravity, claudecode etc)
Deep Knowledge: Strong understanding of Vertex AI, ML Ops, and the Gemini ecosystem (or equivalent depth in AWS/Azure AI services).
Technical Rigour: Professional expertise in Python, data engineering principles, and cloud-native security.
Consultative Mindset: A clear communicator who can translate complex AI concepts into strategic outcomes for senior stakeholders.
Collaborative Spirit: A proactive professional who thrives in a high-performance team environment and enjoys mentoring others.
