About You
Are you a skilled Boilermaker - Fitter with a strong mechanical mindset and a passion for keeping operations running smoothly? Join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the equipment and infrastructure that power our client's production facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform planned and reactive maintenance on plant equipment
· Fabricate and weld components for repairs and upgrades
· Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement lasting solutions
· Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety protocols
· Work closely with the maintenance and production teams to minimise downtime
What You will Need:
· Trade Qualification as a Boilermaker (Cert III Engineering – Fabrication or equivalent)
· Proven experience in heavy industrial high volume plant maintenance
· Proficiency in Mig, and stick welding
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
· Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
· White Card
· EWP - WAH - Confined Space- First Aid, highly regarded but not essential
