Job Opportunity: Executive Kitchen Leader


We are seeking an accomplished Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. As a key member of the team, you will oversee daily operations, maintain high culinary standards, and mentor staff members.


* Lead Daily Operations: Ensure seamless food production and efficient kitchen workflows.

* Maintain Culinary Excellence: Uphold top-notch food safety, hygiene practices, and presentation standards.

* Supervise and Develop Staff: Foster a productive team environment by providing guidance and support to junior chefs and cooks.

* Inventory Management and Cost Control: Monitor stock levels and optimize resource allocation to meet budget targets.


To succeed in this role, you should have:


* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Sous Chef in reputable hotels and restaurants.

* Demonstrated understanding of banqueting and events management.

* An unwavering passion for innovative cuisine and broad kitchen section expertise.

* Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
