Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, with a strong focus on delivering safe, high-quality, and woman-centred care. They will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and demonstrate a genuine interest in caring for women and their families throughout the various stages of pregnancy, childbirth, and postnatal care.
Essential Criteria
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife
* Current NSW Working with Children Check
* Demonstrated experience working in a similar role
* Demonstrated ability to advocate for and implement individualised woman-centred care;
* Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
* Demonstrated professional manner when working with complex situations
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Flexibility to work a seven-day roster including night duty
