ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and versatile Operations Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This position offers a mix of customer service, warehouse support, and driving duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working across different areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Administration
- Provide support at the internal sales counter, delivering prompt and professional service.
- Assist the Office Manager with a range of administrative tasks including order entry, scheduling, and general office duties.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Warehouse Support
- Pick and prepare stock orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with loading and organising deliveries in line with company standards.
- Support general warehouse operations to maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment.
Driving & Delivery
- Serve as a backup driver for short local trips and regional runs when required.
- Ensure goods are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with transport regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and support logistics planning.
Skills & Requirements
- Current driver's licence, with the ability and commitment to obtain an HR Truck Licence.
- Willingness to obtain a Forklift Licence (training provided if not already certified).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A flexible, hands-on attitude with the ability to adapt to different tasks as required.
