About the role Just Automotive Recruitment is searching for an industry-experienced automotive professional to step into a 360 Recruitment Consultant role, converting business leads into active job briefs, managing end-to-end recruitment, and building lasting client partnerships. Duties End-to-end (360) recruitment across automotive roles – full responsibility for all client and candidate interactions Respond to job leads and enquiries and convert them into active briefs Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates Take a partnership-based approach, providing advice and recruitment support to our clients Collaborate with advertising teams to create effective job advertisements Work with candidate sourcing team on recruitment strategies and sourcing Review, screen, interview, and present shortlisted candidates to clients Manage inbound candidate enquiries via website and referrals Maintain post-placement contact to support retention and minimize warranty work Skills and experience To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Automotive industry experience (technical or commercial) Strong understanding of how automotive businesses operate and generate profit Confidence picking up the phone and starting conversations Ability to build rapport and trust quickly Strong questioning and listening skills Resilience — essential Excellent time management and self-discipline Honest, straightforward communication style Commercial mindset and results focus Recruitment experience (advantageous but not essential) Benefits Highly competitive base salary & lucrative commission structure Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (no weekends) Work From Home flexibility after completion of probationary period Long-term career growth within a specialist, respected automotive recruitment brand How to Apply If you are interested in joining a successful business for this fantastic full-time position, please send us your resume today.
