You will be a master at stakeholder management from GM to shop floor, working closely with customers, analysing, problem solving and using your exceptional negotiating, influencing and relationship building skills to ensure the best results and profitability.What you will doManage product testing and inspection data, ensuring compliance of manufactured product and raw materials.
Analyse data trends for improvement and initiate action plans.Maintenance of the QMS ISO9001 accreditation and product licensing.Responsible for product release, non-conformance management, corrective / preventive actions, compliance and quality audits.Reporting on product and quality systems compliance and performance.Effective and proactive management and team leadership.About youYou have a tertiary background in a Science, Engineering, or similar disciplines, and certified in auditing Quality Management Systems (desirable).5 years' minimum experience in a Quality Manager role, leading a team (preferably within the Plastics, Building Materials, Heavy Manufacturing or FMCG, industries).Good knowledge and management of Quality Systems and Australian Standards, including ISO9001, and experience performing internal audits.Ability to conduct product testing in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentComputer literate with solid Microsoft Office skills and proficient with ERP / CRM systems (SAP advantageous) with strong administrative and technical report writing skills.Strong leadership capability and enjoy mentoring and coaching your team to develop and stretch them, including performance management.Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to build meaningful.
