What You'll Be Doing:
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities and long term contracts
* Leading the development of compelling proposals and high-level client pitches
* Building strong relationships with property managers, procurement leads, and executive decision makers
* Driving a strong pipeline of growth across existing and emerging sectors
* Working closely with our leadership and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of new business wins
What You Bring:
* A proven background in business development, commercial partnerships, or strategic sales
* An engaging, confident approach and the ability to build trust at the highest levels
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, you can pitch, present, and close
* Experience in the security, facilities, or property services industry (highly desirable but not essential)
* High personal standards, presentation, a sense of accountability, with a passion for results
