As the Assistant Director, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care. You will also mentor and build capabilities within the centre team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent services.
The successful candidate will have experience in early learning and possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate their team. They will also be able to drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team
* Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
* Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
* Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
