We're seeking a
Sales Solutions Specialist
who is passionate about cars and the aftermarket industry, thrives on solving problems, and enjoys guiding customers through their options to deliver the best outcomes.
What You'll Do
Be the solutions expert for customers — guiding them on 4x4 gear, performance upgrades, 12V accessories, and aftermarket improvements
Provide practical advice and support with minor fitments (batteries, globes, wipers, lighting, accessories)
Collaborate with the team to maintain a sharp, engaging, and solution-focused store presentation
Assist customers in choosing the right products to solve their needs — from simple fixes to complete car care and upgrade solutions
Contribute to store goals, targets & KPIs by delivering great customer experiences that drive repeat business and loyalty
What We're Looking For
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to connect customers to the right solutions
Genuine passion for cars, aftermarket performance, and accessories (4x4, 12V, engine upgrades, lifestyle gear, car audio)
Confidence in communicating technical knowledge in a way customers can understand
A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of the community
Previous retail and/or automotive experience is valuable, but a willingness to learn and grow and a passion for cars is just as important
