People And Culture Officer
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated People And Culture Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and qualifications, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities include:
* Employee Relations: provide guidance and support on employment matters, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
* Consultation, Advice and Compliance: ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
* Employee Life Cycle Support: provide support to employees throughout their career with us.
* Learning & Development: develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* HR Projects and Initiatives: contribute to projects that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR processes.
Requirements:
* Relevant degree qualification with minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
* Sound working knowledge of Australian employment law and relevant HR legislation.
* Detailed understanding of HR principles and practices.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
