Office Support Professional
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reception duties, including booking couriers, collecting/posting mail, and making deliveries
* Managing records for medicals, inductions, and staff training
* Scheduling meetings and maintaining accurate minutes
* Creating and formatting documents using company templates
* Preparing correspondence and updating registers
* Providing data entry support to the Finance Manager
* Procuring office supplies and liaising with suppliers
* Maintaining project records and ensuring accuracy
Requirements:
* Certificate 3 or above in Business/Office Administration
* Minimum 5 years' experience working in an engineering or professional services consultancy
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* High level of proficiency with Excel, including creation of tables, formulas, and pivot charts
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Honest, highly organized, strong attention to detail, reliable, and a team player
* Open unrestricted drivers license and own vehicle essential
* Fluent in written and spoken English
