**I.T Support - Wollongong**
Unitech Solution is a Leading ICT provider of Information Technology solutions to the SME and Corporate market.
Unitech Solution has an excellent opportunity for a customer focused individual to provide I.T support to our extensive client base.
Reporting to the Service Manager, this position will expose the successful applicant to a wide range of products and services utilised to deploy intricate Information Technology solutions as implemented by our technical department.
**I.T Support main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Support of LAN & WAN environments
- Remote and Field Support to existing network infrastructures
- I.T Projects Roll outs
- Perform Scheduled server maintenance routines
- Complete I.T service documentation as required
- Be part of an on-call roster
**I.T Support Engineer Must Have**
- Minimum 3 Years' experience in a I.T support role
- Microsoft Office 365 & Share
Point & Teams Cloud experience
- Azure Cloud Services experience
- Windows 2012/ 2016/ 2019 Servers
- VMware/Hyper V
- Firewall configuration experience
- Strong Problem Solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure & deal with multiple tasks.
- Superior communication skills, written and verbal, must be fluent in English and possess excellent phone manner
- IT qualifications minimum TAFE
- Must be reliable, punctual, well organised and presented
- Accurate problem resolution with clear documentation
- Attention to detail is a Must
- Maintaining all case/issue history within our helpdesk ticketing system
- Current NSW driver's license and own transport required
- Australian working permit required
**Salary Package**
Total package $60k
