Your opportunity
As the Principal Advisor, Supply Chain Integration located at Newstead, you will lead system and process driven initiatives and strategic projects that strengthen Energy Queensland's (EQL) supply chain capabilities across planning, inventory, purchasing, warehousing, and freight. You will play a critical role in ensuring that supply chain management practices, systems, and processes are aligned with broader organisational strategies and business requirements - optimising performance, ensuring compliance, and enhancing responsiveness in a dynamic operational environment.
In this key role, you will bring deep SAP expertise, strong process mapping capability, and proven operational leadership across warehousing and freight functions. You'll excel at building effective stakeholder relationships and will have demonstrated experience delivering major system and process improvement projects.

What you'll bring
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification, or extensive operations/management experience relevant to the specialist field of the position.
* Expert level SAP capability across design, operation, and training of supply chain processes. Deep functional expertise in Inventory, Warehouse and related SCM modules, including configuration understanding, problem solving and data integrity oversight.
* Strong Capability in process mapping
* Operational leadership experience in warehousing and freight operations
* Experience leading system or process integration/improvement projects
* High level interpersonal communication and engagement skills
* Ability to analyse complex supply chain data and scenarios
* Expertise in applying relevant legislation and policies
