**The Role**
We are looking for an experienced Payroll/ Accounts Officer with a strong background in managing the entire payroll function. In this role, you will have full responsibility for the payroll function of the business across both Australia and New Zealand. The position is a full-time, based in Western Sydney.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the payroll function for both Australia and New Zealand.
- Produce payroll journals.
- Prepare month end journals and reports.
- Liaise with key clients to manage contracts, insurance claims and monitor KPI's.
- Manage and reconcile Concur expense process.
- Allocate payments to departments.
**Person Specifications**
- Strong end to end payroll experience.
- Knowledge & understanding of Aus and NZ payroll laws/ regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
