Centre Manager Role
The Centre Manager will join forces with the Operations Team to enhance centre performance.
* Lead a team of Storage Consultants to ensure team performance meets targets.
* Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
* Oversee operational excellence and manage centre operations, including presentation, maintenance, administration duties, security access control, inventory management and health and safety compliance.
* Provide weekly & monthly financial reports to the Operations Manager.
* Foster a positive team culture aligned with company values.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated 1 year's experience in a management or team leader position in a high-volume setting.
* Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to de-escalate situations.
* Able to work towards sales targets and KPIs.
* Proficient at using technology and multitasking between systems.
* Effective communication and team-building skills.
* Motivated, proactive and positive outlook with a willingness to learn and grow.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
* Driver's license and car required. Forklift license desirable.
