Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service is seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Senior Business Support Officer. This position will provide leadership in the implementation and evaluation of high-quality services, supporting the provision of both public and private health services for the Gladstone Hospital.

The ideal candidate will possess highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to consult and communicate with staff at all levels and negotiate with or influence others. A strong team player with significant managerial ability, including supervising employees, setting priorities, monitoring workflow, developing local strategies, procedures, and work practices, is required.

In addition, the successful applicant will be highly proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, with the ability to generate graphs and produce complex data tables, as well as have a good understanding of health information systems, including S4HANA.

* A strong background in business support and administration, with experience in managing teams and implementing process improvements.
