Job Title: Receptionist/Admin Assistant (Part Time)
Job Type: Part-Time (1pm-5pmpm) 5 Days a week. plus fill in when people on leave etc.
Job rate: $26-30 per hour plus superannuation and leave.
Job Description:
Must live locally to Drouin/Warragul Vic area, We are seeking a friendly, experienced, professional receptionist/ administration assistant to join our growing plumbing business (based in Drouin Victoria) on a work from home basis. With a can do attitude, as the first point of contact for our clients you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression of our organisation. Booking jobs and handling all admin as required to support the new clients and converting calls into sales. You will need to available to attend toolbox meetings and trainings locally in Drouin Vic and meet with our team when required. Ability to learn and follow processes is a must.
Responsibilities:
* Answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
* Liaise with customers, staff, and suppliers.
* Schedule jobs in job management system, book sales site visits
* Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
* Great attention to detail.
* Self-driven and motivated
* Suitable space in your home, away from living space noise, to work from. This role is not based at our factory/ office - Work From Home (WFH).
* Must have own home office set up and computer.
* Reliable internet connection and strong mobile reception.
Essential skills:
* Experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role in a trade environment. Following process to convert calls to sales site visits.
* Proficient/ working knowledge of
* Job management software, scheduling
* Podium/phone systems
* Xero
* Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
* Based in or around Drouin (Victoria) so you can join in team/ social events/ activities.
* Existing home office setup.
