Join the Organisational Capability and Engagement team and play a key role in shaping the programs and practices that build our organisation's capability, culture and performance. This role focuses on the design, delivery and evaluation of learning and organisational development initiatives that help our people grow and succeed.

As the HR Consultant, you'll work at the heart of our development agenda supporting capability uplift, leadership development and cultural improvement across the organisation. Your work will help ensure our people have the skills, tools and support they need to thrive.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the operational delivery of programs and initiatives that build our organisation's capability and culture. Your days will involve coordinating and driving the delivery of a broad scope of programs, events and initiatives; enhancing participant experience through the development of communications, materials and managing queries; and undertaking ongoing evaluation and reporting with a focus on continual improvement. You'll partner with specialists and stakeholders across the department to ensure programs and initiatives are well designed, evidence based, aligned to organisational priorities and designed to help leaders and employees perform at their best.

A master of managing multiple priorities and confident communicator with a flair for juggling details and data with high levels of accuracy, you'll apply strong project management skills to keep initiatives on track, use contemporary evaluation methods to measure impact, and contribute to resources and communication that help our people understand and engage with development opportunities.

This role suits someone who is collaborative, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to build relationships, solve problems and translate ideas into practical solutions will support meaningful, fit-for-purpose programs that strengthen capability across the organisation.
