Clinical Systems Specialist Opportunity
Optimize clinical systems functionality and drive continuous improvement in our Care and Governance team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with Digital and Technology teams to resolve complex system issues.
* Provide expertise and advice to the Enterprise Systems Team to assist in resolving issues raised via the Service Desk.
* Develop and provide system administrative and problem-solving support for operational users of electronic clinical systems, including Electronic Medication Management (Medisphere), RMS Peoplepoint, Alayacare, and emerging systems.
* Develop and maintain reporting services and undertake data extraction and analysis.
* Ensure the integrity and accurate preparation of data to provide operational reporting on key performance indicators.
Requirements:
* Current APHRA registered nurse.
* Proven operational experience in using electronic clinical systems.
* Proven track record in development of system administrative capabilities in a healthcare-related setting.
* Experience in development and management of care governance reporting.
* Proven use of tools that enable data extraction, display, and analysis, such as Excel and Power BI.
* Customer service focus, demonstrating excellent time, people, and relationship management skills, with strong written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to positively engage stakeholders, including being responsive to their needs in times of change.
* Broad operational knowledge of aged care accreditation standards, reporting, and funding requirements is highly desirable.
