At Curran Dental, we're looking for a capable dentist who enjoys building long-term patient relationships and providing high-quality general dentistry in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Due to upcoming clinician transitions, there is significant existing patient demand, allowing the right dentist to step into full, well‑organised books immediately.
For experienced clinicians, our systems, support staff, and patient flow are already in place to comfortably support daily production in the vicinity of $4,000+, equating to earning potential in the $300,000–$380,000+ range, depending on days worked.
New graduates are warmly encouraged to apply and will be supported with structured mentorship and a gradual, confidence‑building transition into private practice.

About you
* Patient‑centred clinician who values quality care
* Communicate clearly and enjoy working as part of a team
* Confident managing general dentistry independently or a new graduate keen to learn
* Hold BDS (or equivalent) and AHPRA registration
Experienced clinicians will thrive with immediate earning potential. New graduates will be supported, mentored, and never rushed.
We also support ADC‑qualified dentists, including sponsorship and regional residency pathways.
