ASA is proud to be a national contributor to this vital system.About the roleThe Support Services Administrator is responsible for supporting Australian Apprentices (AA) and employers claim entitlements under the Commonwealth incentives program and other personal support programs as well managing the lodgement of Apprenticeship Training Contracts, handling inbound calls related to routine enquiries from AAs and employers on various matter and performing other administrative/processing tasks.About youThis position is well suited to an organised individual who can work autonomously as well as part of a team, thrives in a busy environment and has the ability to build rapport with various internal and external stakeholders.
