Field Sales Representative Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Representative to join our primary care sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key customers within their territory, providing a consistent and value-added service to healthcare professionals and GPs, and developing and executing a robust territory business plan leveraging face-to-face and digital engagements.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership and accountability for managing key customers within your territory
* Provide a consistent, science-led, and value-added service to primary health care professionals/GPs
* Develop and execute a robust territory business plan leveraging face-to-face as well as digital engagements with HCPs/GPs to create a personalized omni-channel experience for our customers
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Field-based sales experience or similar background
* Strong technology proficiency
* A growth mindset
* Genuine interest and motivation to learn and succeed
* Coachability
* External expertise and strong collaboration ability
* Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, science, pharmacology, or a related field
