Be a leader in a purpose-built, community-driven OSHC service
The Mountain Creek State School P&C Association is seeking a passionate, organised and energetic OSHC Coordinator to lead our vibrant Outside School Hours Care team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a fresh impact on a thriving service with deep ties to the school and community.
Our OSHC is owned and operated by the Mountain Creek State School P&C Association and reflects the values and mission of the school. We aim to deliver quality learning opportunities in a safe, secure and stimulating environment, supporting the holistic development of all students.
The service operates from a purpose-built facility located on the school grounds, with easy access to the hall, playgrounds and other resources.

The Role:
We believe every team member contributes to the quality of the service, and strong leadership is essential. As Coordinator, you will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations, including:
* Leading and mentoring a team of educators
* Designing and delivering engaging, inclusive programs with input from children and families
* Creating safe and stimulating learning environments
* Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework, Regulations, and Laws
* Managing enrolments, rosters and administrative tasks through OWNA software and our booking app
* Overseeing food prep and maintaining high hygiene standards
* Communicating openly with the school, families, and the broader OSHC community
* Promoting risk management, health, safety and wellbeing practices across the service

Skills & Experience:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* A positive, proactive attitude and a solution-focused mindset
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in a leadership or 2IC role within OSHC or early learning
* Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place
* The ability to guide children's behaviour respectfully and effectively
* A collaborative and team-oriented approach
* Excellent time management and tech proficiency (OWNA knowledge preferred)
* Minimum Diploma-level qualification (ACECQA approved) in OSHC or related field
* Valid Blue Card (Working With Children Check), First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
