As the SAP Basis Consultant within our SAP team, you’ll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the SAP community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements.
* Operate and maintain a complex SAP environment including: S/4HANA, BW, CRM, SRM, PO, GRC, Solution Manager, BOBI, BODS, IDM, OpenText xECM, OpenText Archive Server, and OpenText VIM.
* Perform system administration tasks such as: OS, database, and application patching
* System refreshes and client copies
* Performance tuning and troubleshooting
* Implement standard changes and ensure the environment remains current and compliant.
* Collaborate with project teams to provide BAU (Business As Usual) support for ongoing and upcoming initiatives.
* Manage and support high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) configurations.
* Monitor system health and proactively address issues to minimize downtime.
* Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Your role
* Minimum 8 years of hands-on SAP Basis experience in large, complex environments.
* Demonstrated leadership or team coordination experience in a technical setting.
* Deep understanding of SAP architecture, system upgrades, transport management, and performance optimization.
* Experience with HA/DR configurations and OpenText integrations.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage priorities, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative team environment.
