Service Administrator – Bruce Rock Engineering (BRE)

The Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Service Administrator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Service & Repairs department. This position ensures efficient administration, smooth workflow coordination, and high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor incoming emails and action items promptly.
* Maintain the site roster.
* Create and manage work orders, ensuring accurate documentation.
* Close and invoice completed service jobs.
* Maintain service dashboards.
* Assist with procurement of parts and supplies.
* Attend service meeting, providing updates as needed.
* Process timesheets and collect labour hire hours.
* Manage leave applications and update the HR calendar.
* Provide general administrative support and other tasks as directed.
About You
Essential
* Completion of Year 12
* 2–5 years' experience in an administrative role
* Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office – intermediate to advanced)
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Desirable
* Certificate in Business Administration or similar
* Experience in a workshop, service, or manufacturing environment
