Requirements
A proven BDM, estimator, or project professional from construction, civil, or infrastructure sectors with:
* Commercially savvy skills and strong business insight
* Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills
* Experience with tenders, contract negotiations, and project delivery frameworks
* Driven, self-managing, and confident operating autonomously
