24h Reservations Supervisor
The ideal candidate for this role is a dynamic leader with exceptional communication skills and natural sales ability. They will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic up-selling and suggestive selling techniques, as well as ensuring every booking is handled with precision and care.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to showcase your analytical skills by monitoring occupancy rates and preparing reports. Your local knowledge will also shine as you assist guests with recommendations.
You will work collaboratively with Front Office, Sales, and Finance teams, requiring flexibility to work rotating shifts and conduct team briefings in the absence of management.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a diploma or degree in hotel management from a recognized institute, plus a minimum of 2 years' hotel working experience. Demonstrated expertise with OPERA Point of Sales system is essential, along with strong knowledge of rate management and OTA channel operations.
