We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at RACE and ROAD', a Motorcycle Gear and Accessories retailer in Dandenong South, Melbourne. This full-time role will involve providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales and inventory management, and contributing to the overall success of our store.
What you'll be doing
Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, along with being solutions-oriented, with anything they need
Helping find the products our valued customers need and/or fitting them correctly with the protective gear they are chasing
Maintaining product displays and ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing
Helping the team receive deliveries, replenish stock and maintain accurate inventory through regular stocktakes
Assist with online order fulfilment, including picking, packing and dispatching orders promptly and accurately
Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the Motorcycling industry, would be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and organisation
A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
