We're seeking dedicated and reliable Cleaners to join our team supporting the Australian Defence Force through our ESS (Defence, Offshore & Remote) business. You'll play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for Defence personnel living and working on base.
As part of the Compass Group, you'll be working in a supportive team that values safety, respect, and excellence every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
* General cleaning duties across accommodation, offices, and common areas
* Maintaining cleaning equipment and storage areas
* Following safety and hygiene standards and site-specific procedures
* Providing exceptional service with attention to detail
* Working effectively within a team to meet daily cleaning schedules
What we're looking for:
* Previous cleaning, housekeeping or facilities experience (highly regarded)
* A strong focus on safety and teamwork
* Good communication skills and reliability
* Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends if required
* Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
* Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position
