Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the end-to-end workflow process from proposal acceptance to project commencement

* Set and track weekly department targets aligned with business goals

* Liaise with the Sales Manager to prioritise draft sales plans and workflows

* Monitor inboxes and coordinate drafting workloads to meet key deadlines
">
* Maintain a live workflow dashboard for project visibility and milestone tracking
">
* Facilitate workflow meetings to review progress, roadblocks, and accountability
">
* Track and report on key operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities
">
* Drive clear communication between teams and produce monthly forecast reports
">

Requirements:
">
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with management, staff, and customers at all levels. They must also possess excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, as well as a solid working knowledge of building and construction regulations and experience working in residential construction.
