We have a hands‑on commercial finance role offering broad exposure across the business, direct access to senior leadership, and genuine influence over financial decision‑making. You will play a key role in driving business growth by overseeing financial performance, supporting and managing commercial projects, and developing strategies to enhance profitability.
What You'll Be Doing
Main Responsibilities & Activities:
* Financial Management: Develop budgets, forecast financial needs, analyse performance, control costs, and maximize profitability.
* Project Oversight: Monitor project financials, timelines, and quality to ensure commercial success.
* Strategy & Analysis: Analyse commercial drivers, evaluate performance, implement risk management, and support senior leadership.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with finance, sales, and other teams to improve results and align with company goals for commercial opportunities.
* D365: Finance lead in implementation project.
* Multinational functionality: Responsibility for Oceania and South‑East Asia.
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* 5+ years' commercial management experience.
* CA or CPA preferable.
* Strong computer literacy skills (eg. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook).
* Strong understanding of business operations.
* Experience in ERP implementation projects.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
