The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office administration, data entry, sales support, client liaison, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage office administration, including answering phones, greeting clients, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and keeping things running efficiently.
* Accurately enter data into our systems (Xero, Monday CRM, etc.).
* Provide crucial support to our Sales Manager, assisting with quote preparation, follow-up communications, lead management, and other sales-related tasks.
* Interact professionally with clients, providing excellent customer service and answering inquiries.
* Proactively identify and solve problems, taking initiative to improve processes and efficiency.
Requirements:
* Proven administrative experience with exceptional organisational and time management skills.
* Tech savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* A self-starter who takes initiative and finds solutions.
