We proudly support NDIS participants and are looking for someone who shares our passion for care, independence, and empowerment.
About the Role
* Provide personal care, hygiene assistance, and daily living support
* Assist with community access, shopping, cooking, and light household tasks
* Encourage skill development and independence in participants
* Implement tailored support plans, including behavioural support needs
* Work within participants' homes and supported living environments
What We're Looking For
* Certificate III or IV in Disability/Individual Support (or currently studying)
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence & reliable vehicle
* 6+ months experience in disability, autism, or mental health support
* Comfortable providing personal care & domestic assistance
Required or willing to obtain:
* Working With Children Check
* National Police Check /NDISWC
* First Aid & CPR
